Es un fantástico loft con una terraza en plena plaza Santa Ana en Madrid. Visitando Madrid el apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Se camina a Puerta del Sol, la Plaza Mayor y Chueca. Es una de las zonas de ocio más concurridas de Madrid. El suelo es de madera. Dispone de aire acondicionado, cocina completa, terraza y baño. Este maravilloso apartamento está situado cerca de la Cuna en otro tiempo de escritores como Cervantes, Lope de Vega o Quevedo, es en la actualidad una zona que recoge al mismo tiempo teatros, cervecerías, lugares de tapeo, restaurantes y pubs que permanecen abiertos hasta altas horas de la madrugada. A 5-7 minutos están los museos Prado, Reina Sofía y Thyssen. La ubicación del apartamento es muy cómoda. El Loft tiene un número mínimo de 3 noches para alquilar, pero hay temporadas en las que se puede alquilar por 2 noches. Te aconsejamos reservar este apartamento con tiempo. |

| Very simple in decor, but newly renovated and the bathroom and kitchen spotlessly clean. The bed was new and very comfortable and the air conditioning very effective. The terrace was the most luxe feature. At night, there was a nice view of the top of the Telefonica building, and it really was really pleasant to have an outdoor space to step out onto in the morning, or to decompress in the evening. The building is clean and quiet, and there was an elevator to get to the 6th floor. The location is truly convenient, right around the corner from the Gran Via and the blue line's Gran Via Metro stop and the middle of Chueca's great bars, restaurants and shops, and an easy walk to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Prado. Information to get to the apartment and arrangements to meet at the apartment were handled perfectly. We loved the apartment, it was the perfect pied a terre for our stay Madrid. |

| I stayed at the Nola Loft. The place was great. Very centrally located, safe area. Spotless. I'll definitely stay in one of Rental Madrids properties again when I'm in Madrid next. The only drawback was the hot water does not last long at all so get in & get out quickly otherwise you'll be surprised with a cold shower. :) There is no internet connection & on top of that my prepaid Orange card wouldn't work consistently while in the apartment. Not sure what the interference problem was. Good news is there is WIFI in the plaza that this apartment is in so you just need to walk outside to jump on it. |

| La situación del apartamento es muy buena, muy céntrica. Por dentro está muy bien. Para pasar unos días, el espacio es más q suficiente (hemos sido 3 personas) |
| Consideramos que el lavabo debería tener puerta en lugar de corredera, ya que así habría más intimidad y comodidad |

| The apartment was perfect. Jimmy met us and was so sweet and had lots of helpful information prepared for us. The balcony, as well as all the windows, have the most amazing view. If you want to see Madrid you should stay here. We were in walking distance from the Museum Prado and the Park Retiro as well as an amazing gourmet market and the Plaza Mayor. As far as we were concerned, our Plaza Santa Ana was the best. There was always relaxing music playing and you could sit on the balcony and watch the plaza. Also, we never wanted to leave the neighborhood. All the restaurants and nightlife you could ever want were right outside your door! Literally. Thank you so much Gema and Jimmy! |
